Timing, Opportunities, and Choices

Can it be true that life is about timing or is it fate? All the chips falling into place or hard work?  According to Stacey Charter:

“Life is all about timing… the unreachable becomes reachable, the unavailable become available, the unattainable… attainable. Have the patience, wait it out It’s all about timing.”

Does opportunity come knocking at the door or does one get opportunities from hit the ground running?

I have learned it takes less work to have a pity party than to actually work and create your own opportunities.

Remember we make choices everyday. However, that does not mean we make the right ones. Use your time wisely even though one may learn from their mistakes. I believe the first steps start with success is realizing the value of time. Do not overlook the small opportunities that have potential. Mauling over these thoughts, I have concluded that one’s life is a result of the choices you make. If one does not like where their life is, make better choices.

Michael Jackson’s song Man in the Mirror comes to mind. If one wants to see a change, they need to look at themselves, the man in the mirror, and make that change.
